Can anyone recommend any good “Golden Age” era Hollywood movies?
Having seen a few great old films from what many refer to as the Golden Age of Hollywood (1915 – late 1960s), I’ve always been interested in exploring more movies from this particular era of cinema.
Some of the ones I’ve really enjoyed have been:
-The Birds
-Casablanca
-The Day The Earth Stood Still
-It’s A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
-The Maltese Falcon
-Meet Me In St. Louis
-The Odd Couple
-Psycho
-Rio Bravo
-War Of The Worlds
-The Wizard Of Oz
-some of the Universal monster movies(e.g. “Dracula”, “Frankenstein”)
-vintage Disney (e.g. “Snow White”, “Pinocchio”)
Of course, I realize this is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of old Hollywood movies, and I was wondering if anyone would have any other “Golden Age” recommendations? Are there any specific directors (e.g. Alfred Hitchcock, George Cukor) which are worth checking out?

Experience the Adventure and Mickeyâs Magic Together
Mickey Toontown and Adventureland are two such small parts of the huge Disney’ theme parks. To visit these two wonder places in Disney, you just need a Disney world tickets.
Mickey Toontown is a wonderland where you can enjoy the Mickey’s charm and magic. Don’t think that the park is only to entertain kids, there are lots of things which an adult can enjoy as well. Some popular Mickeys Toontown attractions are:
Disney Railroad- It is a 1.2 classic steam vintage train, which offers a wonderful ride to the guests of Toontown.
Gadget’s Go Coaster: The Roller Coaster ride give you the chance to go around and above the Toon Lake. This exciting ride is a great experience for both kids and adults.
Jolly Trolley: This cartoon style trolley ride give the chance to the close view of Toontown surroundings.
Mickey’s House: The favorite attraction of the Toontown is Mickey’s House. Mickey’s fans get a chance to closely watch the Mickey’s favorite items and every single detail about the Mickey.

Aladdin and Jasmine at Aladdin’s Oasis: It is a wonder land where you can meet Jasmine and Aladdin with their friends and foes.
Enchanted Tiki Room: This is place where you can enjoy exotic world of the South Seas. The Room is famous for its special effects and animated characters.
Jungle Cruise: If you want to experience the adventure of nature it is a best part to visit. A boat ride in jungle gives the chance to meet residents of Congo and Amazon waters.
Tarzan’s Tree House, Indiana Jones Adventure and Temple of Hidden Eye are other adventurous attractions of Adventureland.
